Built in the 1850s, Hoscote is a country house that sits in its own 450 acre estate in the Scottish Borders, south of Edinburgh. Using a traditional interior decor style, it recreates the elegance of a bygone era throughout, whilst also being comfortable for today. The house has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and is rated as a five star property by The Scottish Tourist Board. With a drawing room, study, conservatory, games room and a large dining kitchen - as well as a large dining room - this is a house that is comfortable handling large group sizes. Hoscote House is ideal for celebrations, corporate events, weekend breaks and is a perfect wedding venue.

There are 2 sets of stairs to upper floors; the main stairs off the hall to the first floor and a set of stairs off the back corridor leading to both the first and second floors.
