Built in the 1850s, Hoscote Country House sits in its own 450 acre estate
in the Scottish Borders, south of Edinburgh. Using a traditional interior decor style, it recreates the elegance of a bygone era throughout, whilst also being comfortable for today. The House is fully centrally heated and recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. With a drawing room, study, conservatory, games room and a large dining kitchen - as well as a large
dining room - this is a house that is comfortable handling large group sizes. This is ideal for celebrations, corporate events, weddings and weekend breaks.
